About Think Swiss: “Think Swiss – Brainstorm the future” is a US wide program on Education, Research and Innovation for 2007. It aims to highlight and showcase Switzerland as a global, knowledge-based country full of talent, high-tech opportunities and creativity – crucial assets to secure a sustainable quality of life for future generations. Its goal is to foster an even stronger network of long-term relations in education, research and innovation between the United States and Switzerland. The program focuses on the exchange of expertise and know-how in academia and the high-tech business community in Switzerland and the United States.

The Consulate of Switzerland, SHARE in Boston, its sister office swissnex in San Francisco and the Office of Science, Technology and Higher Education (OSTHE) at the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, D.C. are the leading houses of the program and organize in cooperation with the other Swiss General Consulates and other institutions in the USA numerous events, workshops and exhibitions with a target audience being academia, high tech businesses, administrations and NGOs.
