Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. On Tuesday, August 17, 2010, the repast served up a crucial step in building a strong coalition among European representatives in the Bay Area active in science, entrepreneurship, and technology: the inaugural Science Breakfast.
Members of swissnex San Francisco, the Netherlands Office for Science and Technology, the French Office for Science and Technology, and others met at the Consulate General of the Netherlands to strengthen communication and lay the groundwork for future cooperation. The attendees agreed on the importance of joining forces to expand networks, share best practices, and learn from each other, and planned for regular meetings beginning in October.
