CAMP Rubik’s Logo.pngThe CTI Start-up US Market Entry Camp is an acceleration program for Swiss startup companies looking to enter the US market. swissnex assists selected companies in establishing a foothold in the US to help them increase their chances for success. The program is open to all Swiss start-ups in the CTI Start-up coaching program (pre- or post-label).

This initiative is made possible by CTI. The contribution toward travel and accommodations is funded by CTI and the Gebert-Rüf Stiftung. The program is carried out in cooperation with swissnex in San Francisco and Boston.

 

 

CAMP Perks

  • Access to a local office with full infrastructure for three months

  • Fast traction through access to local networks, mentors, advisors, and professional organizations

  • Individually tailored on-site activities (workshops, events, etc.)

  • Travel and housing stipend

Terms

  • Nomination by CTI Company Partners and Coaches; applications accepted on a rolling basis

  • Up to two persons per company

  • A financial contribution of CHF 4,000 per person (max. 2) to help cover travel and housing expenses; the company is responsible for all other expenses

  • No charge against coaches’ “services budget”

How do I Apply?

  • Your Coach/Company Partner must send your company's business plan and a brief statement of motivation to Ulf Claesson

  • Pre-screening is done by the US Market Entry Camp core team

  • Final selection is made by a member of the US Review Board; Acceptance is based on defined thresholds for quality, maturity, and fit for the US market

  • Must define measurable milestones ahead of the CAMP

  • First-come, first-served; turnaround from nomination-to-decision is approximately two to four weeks
