We’re thrilled to announce that Thierney Thys will join our panel on Visualizing Science on Wednesday, April 7th, 2010.
A marine biologist by traning, Thys is currently working on a project about water for PBS with National Geographic Kids. She served as a judge for the 2009 International Science & Engineering Visualization Challenge, and previously worked as the senior research consultant for Sea Studios Foundation, a media group in Monterey, California.
