- Some suggestions to help you through the registration process
If you have already created an account with us please make sure that you are using the email address that you set up as your "username" or "Email 1".
If you cannot remember whether you have an account or not, click on reset your password and enter the email you usually use to communicate with us.
If the system tells you that "that email is already registered in our system", follow the steps to reset your password: http://www.swissnexsanfrancisco.org/fmpserver/reset_pw.php
If you are receiving an error that reads "records found=2" or any other difficulties not mentioned in this page please contact us.
If you need to register for an upcoming event, make sure you login first and then select the event you are interested in and hit the button "Register for this event".
If you need to register for an event and you are unable to login please contact us and include: name of the event that you are interested in attending; what kind of error you are encountering; and, what browser and platform (PC or MAC) you are using. We will make sure to manually register you and then fix the problem you are encountering on our site.
